Waist Bead Inquiry

If you have placed an order and need to request the waist bead designs you want, do so below. You can find the name of the designs on the website. Be sure to include that and quantity of each design (at least 5 for each design) or they will be chosen for you. Please be sure to put the NAME & EMAIL that is on the order.

If you need to put in an inquiry for a quote, please include: Quantity (MOQ 50), Designs, & Size (up to 60”)
